Morning Yoga & Mimosas

Join us at We Olive on Saturday, February 9th from 10:00-11:00AM as we sip and pose with my good friend Amy Hayford and myself through an hour-long yoga class meant to revitalize you body, mind, and soul. Amy will lead this rejuvenating class, while I offer meaningful light touch and adjustments as you practice. This is a perfect way to start way your weekend and meet new friends while enjoying an easeful morning and mimosas.

More about Amy:

Amy began her yoga journey in 2010 in western Massachusetts where she is from, and has been deeply immersed ever since. After completing her 200 hour intense training in Vinyasa style yoga, she proceeded to continue her education. Amy then took her love of defying gravity and inversions into her practice and obtained a certification in aerial yoga. Since then she taught Cirque/Aerial yoga in Albany, NY at Good Karma studio for several years before relocating to the Reno area. She combines fun, strength training and breath work while utilizing the 8 limbs of yoga into her classes.

More about Dani:

Dani attended her first yoga class at age 16 in New York, where she grew up, and was instantly hooked. It was the spark that ignited her passion for yoga, meditation, and the connection of body and spirit. She continued her yoga practice through college where she studied Health Sciences with a specialization in Human Anatomy. Rather than perusing continued education in western medicine, she chose to explore a career in holistic health. Seeking a like-minded community, Dani chose to relocate to Boulder, Colorado in 2013. Here she discovered a community of yogis which truly allowed her to be immersed in the art and practice, often attending several classes a day. Looking only to further her own practice, she enrolled in a 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Certification, and to her surprise, fell in love with guiding others on their own powerful journeys. In 2016 she became a massage therapist and loves to combine the two modalities in both roles.
