Meditation helps to align the body and mind into a peaceful deepening of relaxation even beyond sleep. Your mind and body are able to surrender using breathing and visualizations. The mind becomes clear of chatter allowing stress to melt away. Without the thinking mind at the wheel you may receive subconscious guidance for creativity, difficult decisions, or confirmation to make a change.
All sessions begin with an informal meeting to discuss current lifestyle and desired goals. Together we develop a treatment plan incorporating any or all of the following for each Healing Session.
I suggest every new client schedule an initial consultation. It's also a good idea for existing clients to schedule a consultation if health or goals have changed. Get in the habit of a fresh consultation at least once a year!
